Processing Times

Ready-made, non-personalised items are processed within 3–7 business days.

Personalised items are lovingly made to order and require approximately 1–2 weeks to process.

Custom and pre-order items require approximately 2–5 weeks to process. Please refer to the individual product listing for any specific turnaround times.

If you require a personalised order urgently, please contact us before ordering. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Times

Australian orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and may be collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier when your parcel arrives.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for these fees.
