Terms of Service

By placing an order with Forever Yours, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have carefully checked all spelling, sizing, product colours, thread colours and personalisation details. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Ready-made, non-personalised items are processed within 3–7 business days. Personalised items require approximately 1–2 weeks, while custom and pre-order items require approximately 2–5 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Express shipping speeds up postage only and does not shorten the processing or production time. Please avoid requesting an order update before the advertised processing timeframe has passed.

Arabic calligraphy is prepared in-house. If you require a preview or have questions regarding the design, please contact Forever Yours before placing your order.

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded due to change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or does not match your order.

Each personalised order is created especially for you with time, care and close attention to detail. Slight variations in colour, placement, texture or stitching may occur due to lighting, screen displays and the handmade nature of our products.
